Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and future-proof AI architectures capable of handling quantum computing integration.
- Lead Technical Roadmap: Define the strategic technical vision for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor a team of high-performing engineers.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing production-grade Machine Learning pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues under pressure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading diverse engineering teams and driving technical innovation.
