In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, bridging the gap between theoretical research and real-world application. You will lead the architectural design of our proprietary AI models, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning systems and neural networks tailored for 2026 infrastructure.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to integrate into our long-term product roadmap.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize complex algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- R&D Oversight: Guide the research team in exploring novel deep learning architectures and generative model capabilities.
- System Integration: Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to seamlessly integrate AI components into full-stack applications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with MLOps tools, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve ambiguous, large-scale technical challenges.
