Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for the scale of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Machine Learning models, from research prototyping to production deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends to continuously improve our competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
