Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI systems focused on 2026 trends, including Agentic AI and Generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps for future product development.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, quantum-resistant architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Neuromorphic chips) and determine their applicability to our product suite.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM integration patterns.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
