- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with LangChain or Hugging Face.
- LLM Mastery: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
