Responsibilities

- Optimize Neural Networks: Continuously refine model performance, reducing latency and improving inference speeds for edge deployment.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into core products.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and data pipeline architecture.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural designs accordingly.
