Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough AI capabilities.
- Design and optimize proprietary neural network models to process petabytes of real-time data.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system design and implementation from conception to production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
