Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Computer Vision algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance and reduce latency in real-time inference environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Algorithm Mastery: Proven track record of implementing complex algorithms from scratch in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative engineering solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
