Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation generative intelligence systems. As we gear up for the technological breakthroughs of 2026, your role will be pivotal in building scalable, secure, and ethically aligned AI infrastructure.
Join a team that is redefining the boundaries of machine learning and large language models (LLMs). You will work directly with C-level executives and engineering leads to deploy solutions that are not just functional today, but future-proof for tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable LLM and Transformer-based models tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Design and optimize vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure low-latency inference.
- Lead the fine-tuning and alignment of open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral) using proprietary datasets.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, CI/CD, and automated evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and frontend engineers to integrate AI agents into the product ecosystem.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy and security compliance standards (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
