Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for the performance standards of 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for Responsible AI, ensuring transparency and mitigating bias in large-scale model deployments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI division, collaborating with C-suite executives to align R&D with business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering breakthrough products in the Generative AI or Autonomous Systems space.
