As a Senior AI Architect, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced machine learning models with robust software infrastructure. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in Generative AI and Neural Processing Units.
Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and cloud-native solutions.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive research and development into next-gen algorithms, including Quantum Computing integration and Large Language Models.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models in production, focusing on latency reduction, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX is required.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
