Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation machine learning models tailored for 2026 standards, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead a cross-functional team in researching and integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum AI, Neuromorphic computing, and Edge AI.
- Optimize existing neural networks for high-performance inference and real-time deployment on distributed systems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into scalable business solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing, training, and deploying deep learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and automated retraining workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
