Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and Generative AI systems using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency to handle production-scale data loads.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into robust software architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards within the AI team.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in NLP and Computer Vision to enhance product capabilities.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in Generative AI or LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
