Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of models to production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our product pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
