Responsibilities

- Optimize existing AI pipelines for speed, scalability, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to model serving.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
