Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Generative AI models using modern deep learning architectures.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high throughput and low latency in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI product requirements.
- Implement and monitor best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of the rapid advancements in the AI field.
- Manage the end-to-life cycle of AI models, from experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
