Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be pivotal in shaping our technical roadmap and mentoring a world-class engineering team.
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models and generative AI pipelines designed for high-performance environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen algorithms focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Oversee the full MLOps lifecycle, ensuring model reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Security) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and technical governance within the AI department.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs) and edge inference.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a rigorous problem solver with a passion for innovation.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and data pipeline optimization.
