Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and next-gen web services targeting the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead a cross-functional team in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Web3, Quantum-ready algorithms, and advanced LLMs.
- Optimize system architecture for high performance, security, and future-proofing against rapid technological obsolescence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for distributed systems and cloud-native applications.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems or AI integration.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with modern containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-availability software products in a fast-paced environment.
