Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead research and development in emerging AI domains, including generative models and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Identify and evaluate new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and NLP.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
