Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Ecosystems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate quantum computing principles into classical neural network frameworks, preparing our systems for the quantum leap in 2026.
- Optimization & Scalability: Implement advanced containerization and orchestration strategies (Kubernetes/Docker) to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols for AI model training and inference, ensuring full compliance with emerging global data privacy regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI infrastructure and high-performance computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management systems (NoSQL, Time-series).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
