Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-availability, distributed computing systems for large-scale AI training and inference.
- Lead the transition to next-generation hardware architectures, including GPU clusters and specialized AI accelerators.
- Develop and enforce security protocols for proprietary data and model weights.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency across cloud and edge environments.
- Monitor system health and performance, implementing automated scaling solutions to handle dynamic workloads.
- Drive technical strategy discussions to align infrastructure capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Linux internals, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on compute services.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed training strategies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure budgets and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
