Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed computing architectures for large language models and neural networks.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput under heavy load.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy MLOps pipelines ensuring reproducibility and version control.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery protocols for our core AI infrastructure.
- Drive technical strategy for Project 2026, evaluating new hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering or MLOps with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and data streaming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
