Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and neural network architectures for high-volume production environments.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI trends, including generative models, reinforcement learning, and edge computing for the year 2026.
- System Optimization: Analyze current infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions that reduce latency and improve efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into viable product features.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively research and integrate new technologies to ensure our systems remain relevant and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to design complex systems that handle millions of requests per second with zero downtime.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
