Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Architect and oversee the development of scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Design and deploy high-performance Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems with zero-latency inference.
- System Architecture: Build robust MLOps pipelines to manage model training, deployment, and monitoring across cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
