Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy high-performance machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and security in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
