Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to architect the technological landscape of 2026. In this high-impact role, you won't just write code; you will define the computational architectures and ethical frameworks that will power the next generation of human-machine interaction. We are building the future today, and we need a pioneer to lead our 2026 roadmap initiatives.
As a key member of our Future Tech division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems. You will work alongside top-tier researchers and product leaders to deploy state-of-the-art models that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Lead the end-to-end development, training, and deployment of large-scale machine learning models, focusing on scalability and real-time inference.
- 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the technical strategy for our 2026 Vision initiatives, including next-gen Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive analytics engines.
- MLOps Excellence: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless CI/CD, monitoring, and model versioning across distributed systems.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code, staying ahead of the curve on transformer architectures and generative AI.
- Ethical AI: Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring our models are fair, transparent, and bias-free.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models at scale, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) is highly preferred.
- Innovation: A proven track record of taking complex algorithms from research papers to production applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
