Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines to support the company’s 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Continuously improve existing models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards across the team.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to define data requirements and ensure high-quality input for training models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems in high-pressure environments.
