We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Systems Architect to lead the engineering team in designing the infrastructure for our flagship 2026 product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex software architectures for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models and Neural Network layers into our core processing engines.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor them for optimal throughput and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with deep experience in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
