Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-grade software.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization on large-scale distributed clusters.
- Present research findings at top-tier AI conferences and publish peer-reviewed papers.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and model deployment.
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
