Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel Deep Learning architectures aimed at achieving AGI benchmarks by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Architect and optimize large-scale neural networks for low-latency inference on edge devices and quantum processors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge research into scalable production environments.
- Paper Publication: Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning research and production-level software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Experience with LLMs and Transformer architectures is required.
- Algorithm Design: Strong background in numerical optimization, stochastic processes, and reinforcement learning.
