Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models capable of zero-shot reasoning and complex multi-modal synthesis.
- Architect scalable Deep Learning infrastructure optimized for high-performance computing clusters.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for Autonomous Agents deployed in critical infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous benchmarking against state-of-the-art (SOTA) models to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into tangible consumer and enterprise products.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in developing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV), with a preference for candidates working on AGI Alignment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
