Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput deployment on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research novel techniques in prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance against industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by publishing research and contributing to open-source AI communities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a specific focus on Deep Learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in NLP, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
