Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced machine learning models for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source AI communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and software engineering, to translate theoretical models into scalable production systems.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with model drift, bias, and computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research and development within the AI industry.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing patents or papers in the field of Deep Learning or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
