Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and training of proprietary AI models for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to enhance model efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to deploy research findings into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and validation to improve inference speeds and reduce computational costs.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest global advancements in AI, including Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development within AI/ML, preferably at a leading tech firm or academic institution.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive knowledge of distributed computing and high-performance computing (HPC) clusters.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning theory.
- Proven ability to publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-source contributions.
