Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure and network systems within the government facility.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement proactive security measures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless technology operations.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for IT support and data management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or large corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, cloud computing, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical findings to non-technical management.
- Familiarity with government procurement and compliance standards.
