Responsibilities
- Architect the Core: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems specifically tailored for the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize database performance and reduce latency for real-time data processing across global nodes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with AI researchers to translate theoretical models into robust, production-ready code.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and high-availability strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++. Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
- AI Knowledge: Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
