- Coordinate with Metro Council members to prepare agendas, packets, and legislative documentation

- Administer oaths of office and maintain official city seals
- Implement and maintain digital record-keeping systems for compliance with state laws
- Support election processes and voter registration coordination
- Train staff on records management protocols and public access procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government or records management experience
- Expertise in Tennessee public records laws and open records regulations
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with legislative processes and council operations
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, CRM-E) preferred
