Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects including public health initiatives and urban development programs
- Analyze complex datasets to inform policy recommendations for county council
- Manage stakeholder relationships with community leaders and federal/state agencies
- Oversee budget allocations and compliance for multi-million dollar programs
- Lead crisis response protocols during public emergencies
- Develop and implement performance metrics for county services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- NY State driver's license and ability to travel across boroughs
- Proven track record in policy development and implementation
- Strong understanding of NYC municipal regulations and funding structures
- Certification in Public Administration (CPM) preferred
