Responsibilities
- Manage and process complex court filings, exhibits, and legal documents with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate judicial calendars and prepare case materials for judges and attorneys
- Provide exceptional customer service to court stakeholders including attorneys, litigants, and government agencies
- Maintain secure electronic and physical records systems compliant with judicial protocols
- Assist with jury management processes and courtroom proceedings support
- Train and mentor junior clerks on court procedures and document management
- Generate detailed reports for judicial staff and county administration
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of court clerk, legal administrative, or government records management experience
- Expert knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and judicial case management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field required
- Wisconsin Notary Public certification preferred
