Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate court records, dockets, and case files
- Process legal documents including subpoenas, motions, and judgments
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court personnel
- Coordinate with judges, attorneys, and staff to schedule hearings and trials
- Utilize case management software for data entry and record retrieval
- Ensure compliance with state and federal judicial procedures
- Train and mentor junior clerks on court protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of courthouse or legal administrative experience
