Responsibilities
- Manage and authenticate critical court documents, filings, and exhibits with absolute precision
- Coordinate complex court calendars, hearings, and jury trials ensuring optimal judicial workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service to legal professionals, litigants, and government officials
- Maintain confidential case records and sensitive information with strict adherence to HIPAA and legal protocols
- Process financial transactions, fines, and fees with accurate record-keeping
- Train and mentor junior clerks on court procedures and document management systems
- Collaborate with judges, attorneys, and administrative staff to resolve procedural inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of courthouse or legal administrative experience
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in legal document management software (e.g., Odyssey, FileTrak)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Pennsylvania court procedures and legal terminology
