Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, citizens, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor, answering questions and directing inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Process, file, and maintain accurate records, documents, and correspondence in both digital and physical formats.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and general office correspondence.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain computer databases and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Office Operations: Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution to support office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Typing: Moderate to fast typing speed is preferred.
