Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects to support state transportation initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and legislative bodies.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast traffic patterns and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or statistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
