- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget, resources, and organizational support for high-stakes initiatives.
- Identify global market trends and competitive advantages to drive sustainable innovation.
- Oversee the architectural transition of legacy systems into modern, secure, and cloud-native infrastructures.
- Build, mentor, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of technical talent and product leaders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and defining roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape and beyond.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, ROI analysis, and financial planning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
