- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding state regulations and documentation
- Utilize DMV software systems to update records and issue official documents
- Conduct bilingual support (English/Spanish) for diverse clientele
- Implement fraud detection protocols for secure document processing
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for compliance verification
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- PA DMV certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania vehicle codes and regulations
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
