Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license renewals with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding traffic citations, insurance requirements, and compliance issues

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct DMV or government customer service experience
