Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of environmental policy analysis experience with government agencies
- Expertise in Colorado air quality regulations and NEPA compliance processes
- Advanced proficiency in environmental data visualization tools (e.g., ArcGIS, R)
- Proven track record in stakeholder facilitation and public comment management
- Professional certification in Environmental Policy (e.g., CEP, AICP) preferred
