Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional air quality compliance programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of environmental compliance experience
- California Environmental Specialist certification (QSP/QA)
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and environmental data analysis
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong knowledge of California environmental regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
