Responsibilities
- Develop and implement environmental compliance programs for industrial facilities
- Analyze air/water quality data to identify pollution trends and recommend regulatory actions
- Coordinate with state agencies and local governments on environmental policy initiatives
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory recommendations for executive leadership
- Conduct on-site inspections and enforce environmental regulations
- Train stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in environmental protection
- Texas Environmental Professional certification (TEP) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of federal (EPA) and state (TCEQ) regulations
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and environmental data analysis tools
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
