Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce federal compliance protocols across 5+ agency partnerships
- Conduct high-stakes audits ensuring adherence to 18 U.S.C. § 1038 regulations
- Lead cross-functional investigations involving financial and data security protocols
- Prepare congressional testimony and executive-level policy recommendations
- Manage $2M+ compliance budgets with rigorous fiscal accountability
- Mentor junior analysts through DOJ's prestigious training programs
- Coordinate with U.S. Attorneys' Office for district-level enforcement
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years federal compliance experience
- Active Bar membership in New York State
- Top Secret SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal procurement law (FAR/DFARS) and data privacy statutes
- Advanced proficiency in e-discovery tools (Relativity, DISCO)
- Proven track record of leading multi-agency investigations
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred
- Experience with DOJ's Case Management System (CMS)
